释义	藉明示保留的地役權 An easement expressly created on alienation of part of a parcel of land, where the alienor reserves to himself or herself an easement that burdens the alienated land in favour of the retained land. In Hong Kong, such reservation may be effected in an assignment of the servient tenement and a regrant of the rights or interests reserved will not be necessary: Conveyancing and Property Ordinance (Cap 219) s 24.
