释义	仲裁裁決訴訟 At common law, an action brought in court to enforce an arbitration order which has been handed down by a board or arbitrator appointed or agreed to between the parties and which remains in default by one of the parties. This long-standing common law remedy is less important as the result of the implementation of statutory summary means of enforcement under the Arbitration Ordinance (Cap 341).
