| 释义 | 歸罪於 Deem; presume; to attribute or ascribe to a person vicariously. Knowledge of an employee or agent is, for example, generally imputed to the employer or principal. For example, discrimination on the grounds of characteristics generally imputed to persons of the same gender, marital status or disability is prohibited: Sex Discrimination Ordinance (Cap 480); Disability Discrimination Ordinance (Cap 487); and Family Status Discrimination Ordinance (Cap 527).
