| 释义 | 附帶問題 A matter not directly crucial to the proceedings or issue at hand. An incidental question arises in connection with or as a result of something which is more important, causal or fortuitous. A subsidiary issue arising in a conflict of laws case which would, if it stood alone, be governed by a different law from that governing the primary issue. See also Conflict of laws. 對法律程序或提出的爭論點而言並非有直接關鍵性的事宜。附帶問題會在與較為重要、因果性或偶然的事物有關、或因此而產生的情況下產生。如將從法律衝突的案件中產生的附屬爭論點單獨處理，則會受有別於規管主要爭論點的法律規管。另見Conflict of laws。 |
