| 释义 | 賣方的留置權 The right of an unpaid seller to retain possession of goods sold until payment in circumstances where there is no continuing credit available to the buyer: Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap 26) s 43(1). The seller may exercise a right of lien even though he or she is in possession of the goods as agent or bailee for the buyer: s 43(2). See also Possession; Seller. 未獲付款的賣方如仍管有貨品，可對該貨品保留管有直至他獲支付貨價或獲提供貨價的支付的一般權利：《貨品售賣條例》（第26章）第43(1)條。除《貨品售賣條例》另有規定外，賣方可在買方沒有信貸額或買方無力償債時行使留置權：第43(1)(a)至(c)條。賣方即使是以買方代理人或受寄人身分管有貨品，仍可行使此項權利：第43(2)條。另見 Possession; Seller。 |
