| 释义 | 住宅附屬庭院 OF - little court. A small courtyard, garden or piece of land to a dwelling house as its enclosure. Generally speaking, the term is also used for non-domestic buildings, for example, hospitals, factories or hotels. In the absence of any statutory definitions it bears its restricted and established meaning connoting a small area forming part and parcel with the house on building which it contains or to which it is attached: Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong, Vol 17, Landlord and Tenant [235.112] note 2.
