Therefore, a minor has not attained the age of majority of 18 years: Age of Majority (Related Provisions) Ordinance (Cap 410) s 2; a minor has no legal personality, and cannot sue or be sued for any criminal or civil actions. For example, a contract made with a minor is voidable at the option of the minor, provided the minor repudiates it during minority or within a reasonable time after reaching the age of majority: Fung Kee v Tang Pun Sang (1910) 6 HKLR 87; Tang Kai Shang v Ng Pak To (1895) 6 HKLR 90n (FC).
