释义	售賣合約 A contract the main object of which is the transfer of the property in, and the delivery of the possession of, a chattel as such to the buyer: J Marcel (Furriers) Ltd v Tapper [1953] 1 WLR 49, 1 All ER 15. The courts seem inclined to deal with contracts of exchange or barter (where the consideration for the transfer consists of other goods or some other valuable consideration not being money) as analogous to contracts of sale.
