释义	合約下的特許 A licence granted under the terms of a contract to the licensee to occupy the land. Contractual licenses are subject to the same rules which govern all contracts. For example, a court will imply terms into a licence to give it business efficacy. If the licensee or licensor commits a breach of the terms of the contractual licence, this will entitle the other party to treat the licence as at an end and the other party may seek damages for breach of contract. A contractual licence creates no interest in land and such, the licence is not registrable under the Land Registration Ordinance (Cap 128).
