释义 | 進出權 A means of obtaining information or entering land. Real property - 1. An enforceable claim created and regulated by statute to go onto land owned by another and to travel by foot or vehicle across that land. This right may be provided by various ordinances, for example, right of access over other land with restriction be granted to a power company or the company’s officers, servants, agents or other authorised persons for them to carry out their works: Electricity Networks (Statutory Easements) Ordinance (Cap 357) s 8. In certain circumstances, compensation may be payable to the owners or tenants of the land: In re Trustees of the Estate of Tsang Hung Tin (dec’d) and Sui Heong Yuen Godown Company [1971] HKLR 68. 2. A common name for a right of way or accessway. A temporary right of access is not an easement: Man Shin Kang-tong v A-G [1986] HKLR 952.
