| 释义 | 志願人員 1. A person who acts without any legal obligation to do so. 2. A person in receipt of property or an interest in property without having given valuable consideration. Equity - A person who has been granted a right, privilege or estate in land or personalty as a gift, or otherwise, without giving valuable consideration. A maxim of equity is that ‘equity will not assist a volunteer’, meaning that equity will not help a volunteer perfect his or her title.
