| 释义 | 撤銷遺囑 The cancellation of a will by the testator, expressly or impliedly, voluntarily or by operation of law (Wills Ordinance (Cap 30) s 13). Voluntary revocation may be made by duly executing another will or codicil or some writing declaring an intention to revoke or by actually burning, tearing or otherwise destroying the will: s 13(1). The necessary testamentary capacity, formalities of execution and intention to revoke the will must be shown. Revocation by operation of law is automatic, by marriage, except in certain cases: s 14. See also Codicil. 由立遺囑人明示或隱含地,自願或以法律的施行取消遺囑（《遺囑條例》（第30章）第13條）。可妥善地簽立另一份遺囑或遺囑修訂附件或聲明意圖撤銷的若干書面紀錄或實際上焚燒，撕毀或以以其他方法毀滅而作出自願撤銷：第13(1)條。必須顯示所須的訂立遺囑的身份，簽立的正式手續及撤銷遺囑的意圖。以法律的施行撤銷是自動進行的，除某些情況外，遺囑可因婚姻而撤銷：第14條。另見 Codicil。 |
