释义	道路規則 Traffic regulations that lay down the manner of use of highways by the general public. Although virtually all rules are laid down by statute, their origin may be found in custom. The basic rule that a driver must keep to the left hand side of the carriage way derives from such a custom. In Hong Kong, for example, the Road Traffic Ordinance and its rules provide for the regulation of road traffic and the use of roads (including private roads).
