释义 | 特別指定受益的權力 In relation to dispositions of property under a will, a power granted to a person to appoint the property of a testator or settlor to a third party but not including himself or herself; a power given by the testator to a person (the donee) to appoint or select from a specified class only a person or persons to be a beneficiary of specified estate property. Also known as ‘special power’. See also General power of appointment; Power of appointment. 就遺囑財產的處置而言,授予一人向第三方委出立遺囑人或財產授予人的財產,但不包括他自己本身;由立遺囑人給予一人(受贈人)從指明的類別,委任或選擇一人或多於一名人士成為指明遺產的受益人的權力。另稱「特別權力」。另見 General power of appointment; Power of appointment。 |
