| 释义 | 特別指定受益的權力 In relation to dispositions of property under a will, a power granted to a person to appoint the property of a testator or settlor to a third party but not including himself or herself; a power given by the testator to a person (the donee) to appoint or select from a specified class only a person or persons to be a beneficiary of specified estate property. Also known as ‘special power’.
