| 释义 | 病假 A paid leave of absence from work while an employee is temporarily unable to work by reason of illness or injury. Depending on the duration of the sickness leave being taken, an employee may be required to supply a medical certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner, registered dentist or a hospital: Employment Ordinance (Cap 57) s 33(5A). Restrictions apply to preclude an employer from terminating, by notice, the employment of employees taking statutory sickness leave: s 33(4C). 僱員因疾病或損傷而不可工作時的有薪假期或缺勤。視乎有關病假的持續時間，可規定僱員提供由註冊醫生、註冊牙醫或醫院簽發的醫生證明書：《僱傭條例》（第57章）第33(5A)條。限制適用於阻止僱主因僱員取法定的病假而藉通知終止其僱傭工作：第33(4C)條。 |
