释义 | 簽署、蓋章及交付 An expression commonly used to refer to the formal requirements for the proper execution of a deed: Alan Estates Ltd v WG Stores Ltd [1982] Ch 511, [1981] 3 All ER 481 (CA). A deed by an individual must be signed by him: Conveyancing and Property Ordinance (Cap 219) s 19(1). A document is presumed to have been sealed by an individual if the document signed by him: (1) describes itself as a deed; or (2) states that it has been sealed; or (3) bears any mark, impression or addition intended to be or to represent a seal or the position of a seal: s 19(2)(a)-(c). Delivery occurs when the acts of the party making the deed show that he or she intends the deed to be presently binding, and no technical form of words or act is necessary: Xenos v Wickham [1867] LR 2 HL 296.
