| 释义 | 備份 A copy of an item made to be used to replace that item if it is later lost or damaged, applied particularly to computer programs. A backup copy of a computer program can be made by a lawful user if it is necessary for him to have it for the purposes of his lawful use, subject to any agreement between the parties to the contrary: Copyright Ordinance (Cap 528) s 60. A lawful user is defined as a person who has a contractual right to use the computer program.
