裁決 See Majority verdict. Coroners - In coronial law, the findings of a jury as to the identity, date and place of death, and the manner and cause of death, of a deceased person; or as to the date, place and circumstances of a fire or explosion. Previously a coroner or a jury was required to reach a ‘verdict’ as to the death of the person or the subject of the inquest. Now the expressions ‘findings’ and ‘conclusion’ are used.
