释义	撥款 The allocation of a payment to satisfy a specific part of a debt. A debtor and creditor may contract to appropriate payments in a specified way, thus it is common to agree that interest owed be repaid before the principal: Halsbury’s Laws of England Vol 9(1) paras 956-960; Clayton’s case (1816) 1 Mer 605; Friend v Young [1897] 2 Ch 421.
