| 释义 | 車輛規格 Detailed requirements on the construction and proper maintenance of motor vehicles and trailers, and particular classes of motor vehicles: The Road Traffic (Construction and Maintenance of Vehicles) Regulations (Cap 374A). Every vehicle including all body work and fittings must be soundly and properly constructed of suitable materials (reg 5(1)(a)); in good and serviceable condition (reg 5(1)(b)); and of such design and method of construction as to be capable of withstanding the loads and stresses likely to be encountered in operation (reg5(1)(c)). The side door latches and hinges of all vehicles must be of adequate strength: reg 5(2). No part of a motor vehicle, other than the wheels or tracks of such vehicle and, in the case of a goods vehicle carrying inflammable goods, the earthing chain of such vehicle, must touch the ground: reg 5(3).
