| 释义 | 航空保安監督 The Authority appointed under the Aviation Security Ordinance (Cap 494) whose function is to develop, maintain and implement the Aviation Security Programme. The Aviation Security Programme is drawn up by the Authority to provide for the protection and safeguarding of aircraft including passengers and crew operating in and through Hong Kong, of the facilities of aerodromes serving international civil aviation and of the ground personnel and the general public within such aerodromes against interferences which constitute an offence under the Aviation Security Ordinance (Cap 494) or any other law. 根據《航空保安條例》（第494章）委任的監督，其職能為開發、進行及實施航空保安計劃。航空保安計劃由該監督草擬，旨在為保障及預防香港或途徑香港飛機（包括乘客及機組人員）、服務國際民航的機場設施、及該等機場中的地面人員及普通大眾，免遭構成《航空保安條例》（第494章）或任何其他法律中某項罪行的侵擾。 |
