There are four branches of civil aviation law and regulation in Hong Kong: Civil Aviation Ordinance (Cap 448); Airport Authority Ordinance (Cap 483); Aviation Security Ordinance (Cap 494); and Carriage by Air Ordinance (Cap 500) which deals with private law rights and does not support an administrative structure.
