| 释义 | 特別的遺囑認證授予 A limited grant of probate where conditions have been imposed by the testator or court upon the appointment and powers of the executor or administrator. Special grant limitations may cover certain periods of time, contingencies (for example, during nominated executor’s minority, absence, incapacity or while pending litigation), specific property (such as caeterorum) or particular purposes (for litigation, collection of the estate or an unadministered estate): for example Philipson-Stow’s Special Representatives v Cmrs of Inland Revenue [1959] TR 23.
