| 释义 | 刑法 The rules of statute and common law which direct that certain actions are punishable by the state. In Hong Kong, many of the old common law offences have been codified as statutory offences and are contained in the principal criminal ordinances such as the Crimes Ordinance (Cap 200), the Theft Ordinance (Cap 210), and the Offences against the Person Ordinance (Cap 212). However, there are still some common law offences such as conspiracy to defraud and attempting to pervert the cause of justice.
