| 释义 | 客票 Any document or token issued for the purpose of enabling the holder thereof to travel as a passenger on any vessel, aircraft, vehicle or other means of transport: Summary Offences Ordinance (Cap 228) s 6B(3). It serves as a receipt or voucher for payment of fare as it contains or evidences a contract of undertaking a journey from one place to another. It is an offence to, in a public place, sell or solicit the purchase of any ticket issued by or on behalf of a carrier at a price exceeding the authorised price: s 6B(1).
