释义 | 簽署國 A state or non-state entity whose representative has signed a treaty. A signatory state is not necessarily bound by the treaty, which may require rectification to be effectual. If a treaty explicitly or impliedly indicates that the signature of the parties has the effect of consent to be bound by the treaty, a signatory Convention on the Law of Treaties 1969 art 12 para 1.
