释义	針對兩面可能性的規則 The rule that prohibited the disposition of property where the disposition was dependent upon two possibilities, or a possibility on a possibility. For example, A grants land to B for life and reminder to B’s (as yet unborn) eldest son for life, reminder to the children of B’s as yet unborn eldest son. If land was limited to an unborn child for life a remainder could not be limited to that person’s children: Whitby v Mitchell (1891) 44 Ch D 85. Also known as ‘old rule against perpetuities’.
