释义 | 附加意見 An amendment or supplement. In coronial common law, coroners and juries were permitted to add riders or recommendations to their findings or verdict upon matters arising out of the particular inquest or inquiry. A rider or recommendation is separate from the verdict itself, and is signed individually by the jurors who agree: R v Harding (1908) [1908] 25 TLR 139 (CCA).
