| 释义 | 由破產人作出的供款 The amount a bankrupt is required to contribute towards the bankrupt’s estate out of income earned during bankruptcy. One of the grounds of objection to the discharge of a bankrupt is that the bankrupt is likely within five years of the commencement of the bankruptcy to be able to make a significant contribution to his estate: Bankruptcy Ordinance (Cap 6) s 30A(4)(a). The court may, as a condition of granting discharge of the bankrupt, order the bankrupt to continue to make contributions to his estate: s 30A(9).
