| 释义 | 爆竹煙花 An article designed to produce a sound or pyrotechnic signal or effect by the explosion or ignition of an explosive substance. In Hong Kong, no person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any firework except under and in accordance with permit granted by the Authority: Dangerous Goods (General) Regulations (Cap 295B) r 59. It includes all firework composition and manufactured fireworks which consists of various classified chemical substances, explosives of any of the classes, and any firework composition enclosed in any case or contrivance, or is manufactured so as to form a squib, cracker, serpent, rocket (other than a war rocket), maroon, lance, whell, Chinese fire, Roman candle, or other article specially adapted for the production of pyrotechnic effect, or pyrotechnic signal, or sound signal: r 3; Dangerous Goods (Application and Exemption) Regulations (Cap 295A) sch.
