释义 | 合作作者 In copyright law, two or more people who collaborate in the creation of a work, each contributing a significant part of the skill and labour protected by the copyright: Cala Homes (South) Ltd v Alfred McAlpine Homes East Ltd [1995] FSR 818. The right to be identified as author is, in the case of a work of joint authorship, a right of each joint author to be identified as a joint author and must be asserted in accordance with the Copyright Ordinance (Cap 528) s 90 by each joint author in relation to himself: Copyright Ordinance (Cap 528) s 99(1). The right to object to derogatory treatment of work is, in the case of a work of joint authorship, a right of each joint author and his right is satisfied if he consents to the treatment in question: s 99(2).
