单词 Finding of fact
释义 事實的裁斷
In administrative law, a determination as to the existence of a particular fact or the drawing of an inference from evidence, as part of an administrative decision-making process. Generally, an error made in making a finding of fact is not a ground for judicial review, unless there is no evidence to support the finding. This rule also extends to any case where the evidence, taken as a whole, is not reasonably capable of supporting the finding: Allinson v General Council of Medical Education and Registration [1891-1894] All ER Rep 768, [1894] 1 QB 750 (CA); Lee v Showmen's Guild of Great Britain [1952] 2 All ER 1175, 2 QB 329 (CA). See also Error of fact; Error of law.
Allinson v General Council of Medical Education and Registration [1891-1894] All ER Rep 768, [1894] 1 QB 750 (芵國上訴法院); Lee v Showmen's Guild of Great Britain [1952] 2 All ER 1175, 2 QB 329 (芵國上訴法院)。另見 Error of fact; Error of law。
