释义	拖欠罰款人 A person who does not pay a fine in accordance with the terms of a conviction or order. Where a fine is imposed by a court an order may be made allowing time to pay the fine, allowing payment by instalment and fixing a term of imprisonment in default: Criminal Procedure Ordinance (Cap 221) s 114; Magistrates Ordinance (Cap 227) s 41. A fine defaulter may be subject to a term of imprisonment: Criminal Procedure Ordinance (Cap 221) s 114; Magistrates Ordinance (Cap 227) s 101, 101A.
