| 释义 | 火器經營人 A person who carries on the business of manufacturing, buying, selling, transferring or repair firearms or firearm parts or who possesses firearms or firearms part for any of those purpose. A person who by way of trade or business deals in arms or ammunition but does not include any person deals in arms or ammunition on behalf of the Government of Hong Kong: Firearms and Ammunition Ordinance (Cap 238) ss 2, 3. In Hong Kong, no person shall by way of trade or business deal in any arms or ammunition unless he holds a dealer's licence authorising him to do so: Firearms and Ammunition Ordinance (Cap 238) s 14. An application for a dealer’s licence is made to the Commissioner of Police: s 27.
