释义	蓄意侵權 A tort against the person, chattels, or land. Liability for an intentional tort usually arises without proof of damage. It is sufficient to prove that an act was done deliberately which directly interfered with the plaintiff’s person, chattels, or land. Various torts are also concerned with the intentional infliction of purely economic loss: Tang Nin Mun v S- J [2000] 2 HKC 749 (CA). See also Pure economic loss; Tort. 針對人、實產或土地而作出的侵權行為。為「蓄意侵權」而須負上的法律責任，通常可在沒有損害證據的情況下產生；如能證明蓄意作出某項作為，而該項作為干預原告人的人身、實產或土地，已構成足夠的證據。各種侵權行為亦與蓄意造成純粹經濟損失有關：Tang Nin Mun v S- J [2000] 2 HKC 749（上訴法院）。另見 Pure economic loss; Tort。
