释义	轉移的意圖 1. Mental determination to convey. An intention to pass property at a particular time may be evidenced by an agreement between the parties. Delivery of goods to an infant with the intention to pass property will be effective, even if the contract is void: Stocks v Wilson [1913] 2 KB 235. 2. Agreement of parties as to time at which parties intend risk in goods to pass from vendor to purchaser. See also Passing of risk. 1. 轉易的決心。可藉雙方訂立的協議，證明雙方在某特定時間轉移財產的意圖。當有轉移財產的意圖，則即使合約是無效，向未成年人作出的貨品交付仍具有法律效力：Stocks v Wilson [1913] 2 KB 235。　　2. 雙方就時限而訂立的協議，意圖將有關貨品的風險由賣方轉移予買方。另見 Passing of risk。
