释义	截取裝置 An apparatus or device that is capable of being used to unlawfully intercept a communication passing over a telecommunication system. It is an offence for a person who intentionally intercepts a communication in the course of its transmission by post or by means of telecommunication system (not yet in operation): Interception of Communications Ordinance (Cap 532) s 3. Electro-magnetic, acoustic, mechanical or other device means any device or apparatus that is used or is capable of being used to intercept a telecommunication, but does not include a hearing aid used to correct subnormal hearing of the user to not better than normal hearing: s 2.
