释义	土地分割圖 A plan showing subdivision of land, ie where an owner of land wishes to convert his plot for the construction of a high-rise block of flats. In the circumstances, there will be a horizontal division of the land: Sihombing & Wilkinson, A Student’s Guide to Hong Kong Conveyancing (2nd Ed, Butterworths) ch 2 p 47. The plan of subdivision which accompanies any deed, conveyance or other instrument effecting a division of land and delivered into the Land Registry for registration under the Land Registration Ordinance (Cap 128) must show and delineate the parcels of land resulting from the division, and signed and certified by an authorised land surveyor in the specified form. If the division of land is effected by will or judgment, the will or judgment will have to be registered but it need not be accompanied by the plan of subdivision: Land Survey Ordinance (Cap 473) s 30(2).
