释义	付還的意圖 An intention to pay to the owner money taken by a person without the consent of the owner or person in possession of the money. In relation to deception, an intention to repay is irrelevant: R v McCall (1970) 55 Cr App Rep (CA). However, an attempt to repay stolen money by the accused has been considered as an evidence of true remorse where an applicant had made some attempt to repay money stolen: R v Chung Yau Kwong [1991] HKLY 377.
