| 释义 | 近親 In relation to laws requiring the avoidance of conflicts of interest, the person’s spouse, former spouse, parent, step-parent, child, step-child, grand parent, grand child, brother, half-brother, sister or half-sister; or a parent, step-parent, child, step-child, grand parent, grand child, brother, half-brother, sister or half-sister of the spouse or former spouse of that person: Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance (Cap 485) s 2(1). The term is referred as ‘near relative’ and child includes an illegitimate child and the wife or husband of an illegitimate child: Disability Discrimination Ordinance (Cap 487) s 2(5).
