释义	多重董事職務 The state of being a director of more than one company at the same time. It is not a breach of fiduciary duty for a person merely to be a director of each of two competing companies. However, a director may be bound by an express or implied term in a contract of service which will exclude him from accepting another directorship. A director is also obliged to keep the confidential information of each company.
