释义 | 相互承認 The mutual recognition by two or more subjects of international law of each other’s status, competence, and personality under international law. Through mutual recognition the entities concerned express their formal intention to consider each other a member of the international community. For example, Israel and the Palestine Liberation Organisation concluded an agreement in 1994 in Washington DC to mutually recognise each other’s existence.
