| 释义 | 經濟租值 A payment to one of the factors of production which is in excess of the minimum amount necessary to keep that unit in its present occupation or use. A firm may pay salaries sufficient to retain its present staff. However, in attempting to increase its staff the firm may find it necessary to increase salaries to attract professionals from other employment. The increase in salaries now enjoyed by the original staff is economic rent. 超逾保持當前佔有或使用狀況所需的最低成本而支付給生產力因素之一的款項。例如公司可支付足以保留其現有員工的薪金。但在試圖增加員工的過程中，公司或有需要增加薪金以從其他公司招聘專業人員。原有員工現在享有的薪金增長是經濟租值。 |
