释义	音樂編曲 A setting of a piece of music; for example, in a different style, or for different instruments, or with altered harmonies, or altered accompaniment. A musical arrangement may itself be protected by copyright as a musical work: Metzzler & Co (1920) Ltd v J Curwen & Sons Ltd [1928-1935] MacG Cop Cas 127. However, copyright will not subsist in an arrangement unless the arrangement constitutes a work which is original and which is the product of creational compositions; changes to a piece of music which result from mere interpretation, particularly changes made to suit a particular singer’s voice, will not necessarily be sufficient to create a new copyright work: CBS Records Australia Ltd v Guy Gross (1989) 15 IPR 385.
