释义	監管性司法管轄權 In relation to arbitration, the powers and authority of the court to ensure that arbitrations are conducted properly. The Arbitration Ordinance (Cap 341) confers powers on the court to correct errors and to protect parties from misconduct of the arbitration. The orders which the court may make in this regard include removing an arbitrator for misconduct, undue influence or unfitness, ordering that an arbitration agreement cease to have effect, terminating the arbitration proceedings for want of prosecution, remitting an award where the arbitrator has misconducted the proceedings, and refusing to grant leave to enforce an award which is tainted.
