| 释义 | 司法管轄權範圍外的送達 The service or delivery of process out of the jurisdiction in which the legal proceeding first commenced. Service ex juris requires special leave from the court and is only given in special circumstances. The test for determining the proper party for the granting of leave to serve a writ ex juris is whether the party could have been properly joined in the action, had it been within the jurisdiction: The Rules of the High Court (Cap 4A) O 11 r 1(1)(c).
