| 释义 | 分居協議 A formal written document made by parties to a marriage which contemplates the end of their marriage and which stipulates how financial and non-financial matters are to be dealt with between them. If the agreement includes a provision purporting to restrict any right to apply to a court for an order containing financial arrangements then that provision shall be void: Matrimonial Proceedings and Property Ordinance (Cap 192) s 14(1)(a). However, other financial arrangements contained in the agreement shall not thereby be rendered void or unenforceable and shall, unless they are void or unenforceable for any other reason, be binding on the parties to the agreement: s 14(1)(b).
