释义	信貸／信用 A loan or financial accommodation. Banking and finance - 1. A person’s reputation to meet financial obligations at some future time; the ability of a business or person to borrow money, or obtain goods on time, in consequence of the favourable opinion held by the particular lender as to the borrower’s solvency and history of reliability. 2. Time allowed to the buyer of goods or services by the seller, in which to make payment for them; granting the use or possession of goods and services before requiring payment. 3. The right granted by a creditor to a debtor to defer payment of debt or to incur debt and defer its payment. To obtain credit by fraud there must be the creation of a debt: R v Mitchell [1955] 3 All ER 263, 1 WLR 1125. Credit is either ‘loan credit’, that is the loan of money to a debtor or an agreement to defer the payment of the price, that is, ‘sale credit’. See also Credit rating. 貸款或財務通融。貸款或資金融通 - 　　1.一個人能夠在將來某一時間履行一定融資義務的信譽；商家或個人因特定借款人對其清償能力和信用歷史有良好評價而按時獲得借款和貨物的能力。　　2.賣方對貨物購買者或服務接受者給與的付款寬限期；對付款前占有或使用貨物或服務的許可。　　3. 由債權人賦予債務人延期償還債務或者獲得貸款並延期償付的權利。通過欺詐取得貸款必然產生債務：R v Mitchell [1955] 3 All ER 263, 1 WLR 1125。信貸可以是「貸款信貸」，即借給債務人的貸款；也可以是對價格延期支付的許可，即「銷售信貸」。另見 Credit rating。n.
