释义	債權人呈請 A document presented to the court by a creditor or by two or more creditors jointly: Bankruptcy Ordinance (Cap 6) s 3(1)(a). Grounds of creditor’s petition: s 6. A creditor’s petition may be presented to the court in respect of a debt or debts if, but only if, at the time the petition is presented, the debt, or each of the debts, is unsecured, and is for a ‘liquidated sum’: Bankruptcy Ordinance (Cap 6) s 6(2)(b); Re Kwok Chok Yee [2000] 2 HKC 543.
