| 释义 | 服務協議 1. An agreement under which one party agrees to provide specified services for another in return for remuneration. 2. An agreement between a liner conference and a shipper providing that the shipper consign specified quantities of cargo for a specified period to conference line ships in exchange for service and an agreed freight rate schedule. Also known as ‘service contract’. See also Affreightment; Cargo; Charterer; Contract of carriage; Freight; Rate of freight. 1. 根據協議，一方同意提供指定的服務給另一方以換取報酬。 2. 貿易公會和付運人之間的協議，規定付運人在指定的期間托運指定數量的貨物到海運船舶，以換取服務及協議的運費率。另稱「服務合約」。另見 Affreightment; Cargo; Charterer; Contract of carriage; Freight; Rate of freight。 |
